The Role As our Chef, you will collaborate closely with our Head Chef to manage kitchen responsibilities, oversee all aspects of food preparation, team management, and menu innovation. Ensure that the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity are upheld. What Were Looking For Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery) Dedication to the production, preparation, and presentation of dishes of the highest quality Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision. Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team. Commitment and passion for high-end service, always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines. Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment.
