About the Role: Esjay Commercial Plastering is seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our growing commercial fit-out and renovation team. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to determine layout and materials required Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and metal ceiling Install doors, frames, flooring, walls, ceilings, and other fixtures Construct and repair frameworks, partitions, and stairways Conduct site measurements and ensure work complies with building standards and safety regulations Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery Skills and Experience Required: Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification At least 2 years of relevant work experience in commercial or residential carpentry Strong knowledge of construction and safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
