About Our Client Our client is a global manufacturer of decorative and functional coatings that are applied to foils and employed for a variety of products such as automotive products, cell phones, TV''s, packaging, books, bottle labels and so much more. We are seeking an energetic, hard working and enthusiastic person that would like to learn Machine Operating and basic Warehousing functions. This job offers full training and would suit someone looking for a full time, permanent, long term role. About The Job Working as part of a small and friendly team and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be trained in performing the following functions: - Machine Operations on Slitting Machines, packing machines, core cutters and any other machines as required. - Picking and preparing stock for machine operations - Processing customer orders in a timely fashion and ensuring that the quality of work is to a high standard - Picking, packing and despatching customer orders - Arranging and booking courier and freight services as required - Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment at all times In order to succeed in this role, you will be able to answer YES to the following: - Able to commit to working fulltime hours and willingness to do paid overtime. This job is Monday to Friday day shift - Be able to to speak, read and write fluent English - Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Be interested in learning about Machine Operation and have good attention to detail - Have an excellent work ethic- punctual and reliable - Be physically strong as there is some heavy lifting involved when preparing Machines A forklift license is an advantage.
