Your new role Lead and manage site operations for a highrise project Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery Oversee safety, compliance, and quality assurance across all stages Drive construction schedules and resolve onsite challenges proactively Liaise with project directors, engineers, and architects to achieve design intent. Mentor and develop site teams to maintain high standards.
