We have a strong focus on Italian cuisine using fresh produce baked in house. We are looking to hire a breakfast chef with previous experience working in a similar setting. About the Role This position is casual/ full time, 5 days a week including weekends, no nights. We are open from 6.30-3pm weekdays and 7-3 weekends. What We Are Looking For - We are looking for a breakfast chef with passion and knowledge in the kitchen. Prior experience in Caf Preferred of at least 2 years An eye for detail and must be able to produce well presented dishes. Dedication and Motivation in the Kitchen Consistency in Quality Be able to create Seasonal Menus Weekly Specials Preparation of food to a high standard Ordering Stock Control Must be available weekends Strong team focus - must be able to communicate with front of house team for smooth service.
