Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Worker based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Factory Worker will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as operating machinery, packaging products, conducting quality checks on finished goods, and maintaining work areas and equipment. The role may also include handling forklifts to move raw materials or finished products within the production facility. Collaboration with team members to ensure production goals are met and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards is essential. QualificationsExperience in Packing and Machine OperationKnowledge of Quality Control processes and product inspectionProficiency in Forklift Operation (valid forklift license is a bonus) not essentialBasic Maintenance skills for handling equipment and troubleshooting minor issuesUnderstanding of workplace safety and compliance proceduresStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a manufacturing or production facility is advantageous
