Library Assistant [Padua College - Mornington (see more jobs from this school)] MORNINGTON, VIC [ MORNINGTON, VIC] Library Services Contract Type: Permanent/Ongoing Position Full Time Applications Close: 24 November 2025 Library Assistant Applications are sought for the full-time ongoing position of Library Assistant at our Mornington Campus, to commence in 2026. This involves maintaining bookings and general liaison, and being responsible for the physical environment of the library. The Library Assistant also has an administrative role and will be responsible for circulation and supervision duties, stock maintenance, and overdue items. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY The responsibilities of the Library Assistant include but are not limited to: i. responsibility for the physical environment of the library; ii. to perform general Library duties, including administration, circulation desk and supervision duties; iii. Child Safety and Health and Safety within the Library; iv. performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team. SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $56,579.00 - $72,459.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
