The Role The Network Support Officer is responsible for providing front-line support to staff and students; ideally using their excellent knowledge of the computer network, programs and platforms to manage the day-to-day operations of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) devices. They will provide support, advice and issue resolution making use of an internal ticketing system to track/solve problems. The successful applicant will analyse network and system performance, proposing innovative solutions to maximise both educational and administrative outcomes.
