St Andrews Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to join our vibrant Junior Kindy team in a full-time, permanent capacity. As a Lead Educator you will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged two to 3 years. This includes: Creating and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children. Leading a team of educators in the Junior Kindy room, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment. Collaborating with families to support each childs development and wellbeing. Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and Childrens Services Award. Contributing to a culture of excellence, creativity, and care within our Early Learning Centre. About You A passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development principles. A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). Demonstrated experience in a lead or room leader role. A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Strong communication and leadership skills. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates. A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card). Previous experience working with children aged two and a half to three Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College.
