Elixir Coffee Roasters HQ is looking for an experienced Caf Manager to join our team. If you believe you are the right person with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service, be pro-active and reliable and possess the ability to lead a large team with excellent communication and social skills, then we want you! As a part of our management team, you will be responsible for our in-store retail products including our range of coffee beans, coffee making equipment and barista accessories. You will also be responsible for the the daily operations of the cafe including opening and closing, staff direction and organisation, co-ordinating of training new staff and ongoing training. Training will be provided to enable you to best service our customers. Experience as a Barista and use of alternative brewing methods and latte art will be highly regarded. Whats in it for you?
