Responsibilities: Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, meal preparation, mobility and transportation Provide emotional and social support to individuals Help individuals with activities of daily living, such as shopping and household chores. Assist individuals in developing and achieving their goals Monitor and document progress of individuals Follow all safety protocols and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Working with Children Check (WWC) Police Check must be obtained before application First Aid/CPR Driver''s License Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred (but not essential) Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations Australian citizenship is required for this position Benefits: Consistent hours with the opportunity for additional hours.
