Role Description This is a contract-based role for a Community Physiotherapist, located in Melbourne, VIC who is willing to travel throughout different suburbs and areas of Melbourne. The role involves providing community-based physiotherapy services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, goal setting, and implementing tailored rehabilitation programs. The role requires you to maintain effective communication with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the development of best practices within the organisation. Qualifications Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, their families and our teamInterest and background in musculoskeletal, neurological, and aged care physiotherapyProficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and goal settingAbility to work independently in both community settings and from a remote environmentStrong time management and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy in documentationBachelors or Masters degree in PhysiotherapyRegistration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)Current drivers license and access to a reliable vehicleExperience in community physiotherapy or related areas is an advantage
