Role Description This is a contract position for a Business Analyst with a hybrid work arrangement based in West Melbourne, VIC, allowing for both in-office and some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough business analysis, gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing current processes, and collaborating with teams to identify opportunities for improvement. The role also includes effectively communicating recommendations and providing support in streamlining business operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to evaluate data and identify trends.Expertise in Business Processes and Business Requirements to gather, document, and optimize workflows.Strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings and solutions effectively.Experience in the IT or information security field is advantageous.Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and meet project deadlines effectively.
