Permanent Full Time-Diploma or Cert 3 Educator 4 days per week, 10 hours per day. 12.5% ABOVE THE AWARD. To Be Considered, You Must Have: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification, Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification or Early Childhood Teacher Degree Current First Aid Certificate Approved by ACECQA: Includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis. Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate Valid Working with Children Check Practical Knowledge: Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework. Working experiences: Previous experience in a similar role. As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, you''ll play a pivotal role in the growth and development of children aged 0-6. Your responsibilities include: Developing High-Quality Curriculum: Respond to childrens strengths, interests, and needs by developing and implementing an exceptional education and care curriculum. Building Positive Relationships: Provide active support to children, families, and your team. Build and maintain professional and positive relationships based on respect, trust, and honesty.
