You will work under the guidance and support of our Managing Director and other team members to manage a well-maintained property portfolio. Company website: www.livecomfy.com.au Office address: Level 2, 25 Grenfell St, Adelaide SA 5000 Roles and Responsibilities Answer calls and reply to emails Manage rent receipts and arrears in PropertyMe Manage tenants information in PropertyMe Keep company documents and worksheets up to date Manage tenants move in/out procedure Check bills/invoices Arrange for cleaning and key handling Send notifications to the tenants Prepare lease documents Resolve issues reported by tenants, in a timely and professional manner Liaise with various parties, including real estate agencies, cleaners, internet providers and utility retailers Perform other general tasks as required Qualifications and Skills Full time availability - available to work outside usual hours when required (Weekends, Evenings and Public Holidays) Ability to speak and write Chinese is a must Ability to attend training in Canberra for the first month (Flight ticket and accommodation cost will be covered) Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workflow Strong customer service skills and a positive can do attitude Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Self-motivated and driven to learn and progress in your career Consistent and highly reliable Ability to build strong relationships with real estate agencies, contractors and tenants Highly organised with strong attention to detail Experience within customer service or real estate industry would be desirable, but not necessary Benefit Competitive salary package Regular salary review based on the performance Huge opportunity to grow within the role and company Career training opportunities Fun, supportive and energetic team culture Company provided mobile phone and laptop If you think that this position is for you, and possess a genuine desire to make a significant difference to a company that values the extraordinary, please email a brief covering letter, together with your resume to livecomfy.com.au
