Drummoyne Sailing Club, Sydney Harbour Drummoyne Sailing Club invites applications for one full-time and two casual Duty Manager roles. Join a respected sailing and hospitality venue renowned for its waterfront dining, gaming, and member-focused community. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily Club operations during shifts, including bar, gaming, bistro, and functions. Lead and supervise staff, ensuring excellent service and compliance with RSA, RCG, and Club policies. Maintain a safe, welcoming environment, including Fire Warden and First Aid duties. Manage member and guest interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly. Complete shift and incident documentation accurately. You Will Have: Proven club or hospitality supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Working knowledge of gaming, cash handling, and hospitality operations. Valid NSW RSA and ARCG certifications (Senior First Aid desirable).
