We are seeking an experienced casual Chef de Partie to work in the Mains/Grill Section at our busy restaurant serving modern Italian and casual cuisine at Southbank/CBD. The location is easily accessed by public transport. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our busy team. This position reports directly to the Head Chef. Experience will include: extensive food and product knowledge, provision of consistent quality and presentation in a fast paced high volume environment, ability to work under pressure at times, working within a team and minimum 3 years experience working in the Mains/Grill section of the kitchen. The position includes evening and lunch shifts worked over a 7 day roster including on weekends and public holidays (around 40 hours per week).
