Role: Customer Service RepresentativeDrinkworks are looking for a new addition to the Customer Service, Logistics and Planning team, located in Surry Hills in Sydney. The successful applicant will be our new Customer Services Representative. We are on the lookout for a motivated individual with great customer service skills who is seeking a new challenge. What will be your responsibilities:The Customer Service Representative role exists to provide a high level of service to Australian customers. Key to success is the ability to implement, drive and deliver against the Drinkworks strategy, aligning to the way of workings and engaging with key stakeholders and customers across the business. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for: Focusing on the day-to-day customer service role, including Order Management (from Order to Billing) and Customer Relationship Management (Query & Complaint Management) and keg returns / exportsThe interface with Customer Supply Chain teams, managing customer relationship, involved in joint initiatives and developing partnerships Ensuring internal alignment both upstream with Planning & Logistics and downstream with Sales and Finance for all Sales Channels.Managing the alignment of Drinkworks and 3PL orders and delivery information.Manage delivery of zero touch orders via technology implementationOn time reporting of DIFOT and Case Fill Rate to the businessInvestigation and resolution of stock discrepancies on transactional basis What you will bring:Tertiary QualificationsExperience in client / customer service role required (minimum 1 year)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel (pivot tables, V Look Ups and Graphs/ Tables)Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred but not mandatory)Detail orientated, organized, understands deadlines and can work autonomouslyExperience liaising with multiple stakeholders, in particular Sales team internally and external customersExperience in the beverage industry preferredFull right to work in Australia required Why you will love working with usCompetitive Package on top of your salary, we work in a Hybrid environment.
