What Youll Be Doing Supporting the Caf Manager with the day-to-day hustle from coffees to customer smiles. Leading and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service (and great vibes!). Helping with rostering, ordering, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our caf humming. Making sure our caf always looks (and smells!) amazing clean, fresh and inviting. Who You Are Youre a hands-on leader with caf or hospitality experience (1 year in a leadership role). Maybe youve worked as a barista, cook, or shift supervisor either way, you love great food and coffee and know how to keep a team on track. Youll also bring: A friendly, can-do attitude and great communication skills. Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail. Food handling knowledge and a commitment to safety and hygiene. Flexibility to work a mix of mornings and afternoons. A genuine love of people customers and teammates alike!
