About the Role Youll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming retail environments for our clients, their customers, and staff. Our cleaners ensure each store meets presentation and hygiene standards that reflect our clients brand image. Duties include: Cleaning and maintaining retail spaces, including shop floors, fitting rooms, restrooms, entrances, and staff areas Ensuring store presentation and hygiene meet brand and safety standards Maintaining clean and safe customer walkways and back-of-house areas Replenishing consumables and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors or site managers Managing cleaning schedules and rosters to ensure consistent coverage across trading hours Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for cleaning materials as required Assisting with onboarding and training of new cleaning team members in store-specific procedures and OH&S Supporting team coordination and communicating with store management What Youll Bring Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards Previous retail or commercial cleaning experience (preferred) Understanding of OH&S and safe work practices Flexibility to work, including early mornings or evenings/ nights If you are interested in this position, please reach out to our manager, Danial B.via email at bicconsolidated.au BIC Consolidated is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders to apply.
