Responsibilities of Shift Supervisor : Being part of the Pizza Hut Management team, you will be responsible for managing shifts and sharing responsibility for achieving customer, profit, sales, and employee performance goals. AS a Pizza Hut Shift Supervisor, this means stepping up to take the lead on shifts and exceeding our customers expectations. This also means you get involved at the front line providing great customer service, as well as helping out with our freshly prepared products as a routine part of shifts. You will also be responsible for making sure the team finishes their routine task and helping them if required. As a Leader, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all prep is done before peak hours to run a smooth peak-hours rush.
