Full time, five year fixed term role at our Melbourne campus with some hybrid flexibility. About the role: Operating within the Faculty of Education and Arts , the Research Fellow will work within the Faculty of Education and Arts to develop and support the program of research for the Executive Dean, including the ARC research projects. They will have a demonstrated capacity to make a significant contribution to the University''s research profile and have a commitment to developing a research career. The role will lead and co-ordinate multi-site research projects and other projects, as directed by the Executive Dean. Total remuneration valued to $142,635 - $168,287 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $120,529 - $142,305 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks'' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
