About the Role: As Team Leader, youll be the heartbeat of our retail store, leading a small but mighty team of 23 sales professionals. Your mission: inspire, coach, and motivate yourself and your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving profitable sales growth . What Youll Do: Lead, mentor, and manage a small retail sales team to hit targets and exceed expectations. Deliver high-energy, high-service interactions with customers. Drive sales through smart strategies, upselling, and motivating your team. Monitor store performance and ensure all operational standards are met. Foster a positive, fun, and adventurous team culture aligned with the Peterpans brand. What Were Looking For: Proven retail sales experience with a strong track record in meeting and exceeding targets. Leadership experience you can motivate and develop a small team. Energetic, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills. Passion for travel and adventure, and the ability to inspire others. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
