The groups reputation has been built on trust, results, and education , not sales volume What Youll Be Doing As a Property Acquisition Specialist , youll be the teams eyes and ears on the ground. Your job is to: Work closely with the buyers agent to understand the brief and investment criteria discussed with each investor. Search for and inspect properties that match those criteria. Capture short video walkthroughs, photos, and key details for the acquisitions team to review. From time to time, if you discover a property that doesnt fit the brief exactly but you see potential youll introduce it to the buyers agents for consideration. Collaborate with professionals who genuinely want to help investors buy smart, not fast. This role will also suit someone with a background in property valuation whos looking to transition into property acquisition and ultimately grow into the buyers-agent space. What Were Looking For A strong interest in property and an eye for great deals. Local market knowledge in your state or region. Confidence filming, inspecting, and reporting from site. Backgrounds suited to this role include real estate agents, buyers agents, investors, property managers, researchers, or anyone with hands-on property experience.
