About the Role Australian-owned bespoke Medium-Density builder with a fantastic name within the industry is looking for a Construction & Warranty Coordinator to join their busy office. Within this role, you will provide assistance to the Construction and Warranty team to ensure that they meet required timelines in Handover and Warranty matters. Key Responsibilities Managing client liaison and customer relations and communications in relation to progress and delivery of the post-completion home building agreement Managing both internal and external stakeholder inquiries Booking appointments and scheduling the weeks for the Maintenance Supervisors to ensure all warranty claims are completed in due time Completion of walk throughs, getting defects lists, allocating trades to jobs, ensuring problems are solved Working off plans and understanding plans Coordinate maintenance and warranty tasks between the clients, supervisors and councils.
