Life Saving Victoria (LSV) is looking for a passionate and organised Lead Coordinator Sport Events to help deliver world-class competitions that bring athletes, clubs, and volunteers together. In this exciting, hands-on role, youll lead the planning and delivery of major events from State Championships and iconic carnivals to development programs and team competitions. Youll be at the heart of the action, coordinating logistics, supporting volunteer teams, managing operations, and ensuring every event runs safely and smoothly. No two days are the same - one week youll be finalising event logistics and sponsorship plans, the next youll be on-site seeing your hard work come to life. Youll work with incredible volunteers, passionate clubs, and the LSV Sport team to create memorable experiences that celebrate community, inclusion, and achievement.
