Join a Professional Services firm who has a strong footprint in the Not for Profit and Healthcare sectors as they enter a growth phase in the coming years. You will work with an established project team on client projects, spending time in both their corporate office space and at the client site as needed, a hybrid work environment but will typically require you in the office 3 days per week. For this immediate project, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong D365 CRM delivery experience. Prior experience working in the Not for Profit sector is essential and Home Care experience specifically will be very highly regarded. We are seeking someone who; Understands NFP customer lifecycle processes; Home Care, NDIS, Aged Care, Allied Health, Counselling, Govt funding etc. Have been involved in a Microsoft CRM implementation as a CMS system build. Able to apply your NFP business process knowledge to the CRM to understand GAPs and work through processes to ensure the solution is viable. Need to be self motivated and lead a team of SME''s. Have a social impact mindset. Other similar software applications of interest - Salesforce, Lumary, Carelink. As a skilled Business Analyst, you will have substantial experience working on end to end software implementation projects. You''ll be a skilled communicator who can autonomously run workshops with stakeholders and has a continuous improvement mindset. You''ll also have strong Process Mapping skills with the ability to identify gaps and problem solve with the software solution and business needs front of mind.
