This is a hands-on, operations-driven position where youll lead a team of electricians, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure traffic-signal and intersection projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec. What youll be doing: Delivering intersection upgrades, signal maintenance runs, and project works Leading RAMS, toolbox talks and reinforcing a strong safety culture Maintain strong communication with council teams, designers, civil crews, and traffic management Managing daily sequencing, resourcing and documentation Assisting with pricing, variations and tracking project costs Supporting testing, commissioning & as-built documentation What youll bring: Minimum 3 years experience in New Zealand delivering electrical/civil projects or site coordination Proven experience managing teams or crews Strong electrical background (trade or engineering qualification) Hands-on onsite leadership (RAMS, toolbox talks, safety-led delivery) Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Experience working with subcontractors, councils, and local standards New Zealand working rights Apply Now: This role requires someone who is practical, organised, confident onsite, and experienced leading people.
