About ASIALASIAL is the peak body for security professionals in Australia. We advocate for industry excellence, deliver trusted training and accreditation, and connect thousands of members through influential events, media, and communications channels. The RoleWere seeking a motivated Marketing Communications professional to support the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns that drive member acquisition, retention, engagement and brand profile. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative marketing team, youll contribute to the full range of ASIALs communications activities, from digital marketing and content creation to event promotion and sponsorship support.What you will be doing: Coordinate the production and scheduling of marketing materials across digital, print, and social platforms. Draft engaging content for EDMs, newsletters, and social media aligned with ASIALs brand voice. Support the organisation and promotion of ASIAL initiatives, such as the annual Security Exhibition & Conference, annual Awards for Excellence, industry breakfasts and national advocacy campaigns. Maintain website content, update event listings, and monitor analytics to track campaign performance. Liaise with internal teams, members, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects. Provide hands-on support for and at ASIAL events as required. Youll bring: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. 13 years experience in a marketing or communications role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and social media scheduling platforms. Knowledge of design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud), Google Data Analytics, CMS platforms, or willingness to learn.
