Acting as the first point of contact for all client enquiries, you will manage office operations, administration, and client service workflows. Your knowledge of the advice lifecycle will ensure a smooth experience for a high-net-worth client base. The Business This boutique wealth management group value respect, integrity and teamwork. With strong ties to a broader Melbourne-based team, you will join a collaborative Sydney office at the forefront of the firms growth. They specialise in holistic financial advice and are expanding organically with a strong reputation in the market. The office is located in St. Leonards, Sydney with plans to move into the CBD over the coming year. The Role Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries Manage and maintain Xplan, Salesforce and client databases Support senior adviser with client service and implementation tasks Coordinate office operations and administration duties Ensure systems and records are accurate and up to date Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships About You 24 years experience in financial planning / client services Strong knowledge of client service and advice processes Excellent communicator, confident in client-facing work Organised, proactive and able to work independently Proficient in Xplan and MS Office Why Should I Apply?
