We are looking for engineers or skilled maintenance technicians with 3 years experience. Worked previously in the automation industry? It''s a bonus! Practice in your field? Experience in mechanical trades ticks the box! Studied your dream job but want to have a hands-on career rather than tied to a desk every day? A tertiary qualification in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical trades could tick the box! Your work includes: Scheduled servicing, while proactively diagnosing issues to minimise equipment downtime on automated machinery. A combination of scheduled services - either 6:30 - 3:30pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm. Diagnosing mechanical faults, e.g. bearings, gearboxes, belts, motors, conveyors. Assist with mechanical installations. Attending breakdowns. Providing technical assistance to customers. Document service and support activities. Rostered office days (from home) Travel to local, interstate, and international sites as needed. Required Skills Confident in mechanical fitting. Experience servicing/maintaining automated machinery (preferred but not essential). Diagnosing mechanical faults. Customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
