Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the batching process for readymix concrete, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.- Operate concrete agitators and other machinery safely and efficiently.- Manage all incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.- Coordinate material orders and deliveries, ensuring timely availability of resources.- Conduct regular maintenance of plant operations to ensure efficient and safe functioning.- Collaborate effectively with team members to strengthen our operations and achieve team goals. Qualifications:- Proven experience in concrete batching, specifically with readymix concrete.- Valid HR drivers license is required.- Competency in operating front-end loaders and other relevant machinery.- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a busy environment.
