Working at CQUniversity The Facilities Management Directorate plays a vital role in shaping the physical environment of our campuses, ensuring they are safe, tidy, functional, and aligned with our strategic goals. As Manager, Estate Services, you will lead a small, high-performing team responsible for CQUniversitys property portfolio, including leasing, housing, disposals, space planning, and the Universitys art collection. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will contribute to master planning, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of professionalism and accountability. You will work closely with the Director and stakeholders across the University to deliver high-impact estate services that enhance the experience of students, staff, and visitors.
