About the Role Were looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Customer Delivery and Warehousing Specialist to join our growing team in Cairns. In this hybrid role, youll spend time on the road delivering coffee and consumables to our caf partners. You will a key asset in providing support with equipment care and helping to ensure their coffee is always at its best. Youll also spend time in our warehouse, assisting with wholesale duties of picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders and receiving and storing incoming stock. Key Responsibilities Deliver coffee and ancillary products to wholesale customers weekly. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with caf customers. Identify opportunities to expand product ranges and support sales initiatives. Provide on-site assistance with basic equipment checks, calibrations, and cleaning and report issues to the sales or service team. Efficiently and accurately pick and pack customer orders for deliveries. Receive, store and rotate incoming stock. Maintaining a safe and tidy warehouse and delivery van. Assist with other warehouse or workshop tasks when required. What Youll Bring Current Drivers Licence (essential). Previous experience in a delivery, warehousing, or customer service role. Physically capable of manual handling duties Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable, organised, and able to manage your time effectively. Passion for coffee Bonus Skills (not essential): Barista experience or coffee knowledge. Familiarity with commercial coffee machines and grinders. Why Join Coffee NQ?
