This opportunity may lead to longer term. Duties will include: Reception duties including greeting members, answering phones Taking payment, issuing receipts Managing bookings and membership General administration including membership database management Website maintenance Essential Criteria: Excellent Customer Service skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with people of diverse and varying backgrounds Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise workload Confidently navigate in MS office, including Excel, Word High regard and respect for confidentiality and discretion Able to navigate and use Word Press (essential) Are you ready for an immediate start?
