They build architecturally designed Luxury high-end Residential projects around the Eastern suburbs. Job description: An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Foreman to join this successful team and work on a high-end Luxury Residential projects in the Eastern suburbs valued up to 10M. Working closely with the Directors, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to: Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders Accurate Site set-outs Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work Youre Profile To be successful you will need at least 5 10 years experience as a Foreman working on Luxury projects valued over 2M. It is essential that you have worked on high-end Luxury renovations or New Built projects and are able to work independently. Ideally you will be from a Carpentry trade background, but this is not essential. What''s in it for you?
