Permanent Part-Time role: 15 Hours per week. *A possibility of casual hours up to a total of 37.5 hours per week between 6:15 Am- 6.30 AM* Your Responsibilities As our next Educator you will: Actively supervise and engage children in a range of activitiesboth indoor and outdoorthat stimulate learning and promote wellbeing. Create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where children can play, explore, and develop new skills. Support Teacher to deliver programs that are tailored to the varying ages, interests, and abilities of the children in care, in line with the National Quality Framework. Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider school community. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Help keep our space sparkling and safe by pitching in with light cleaning tasks. What We''re Looking For Were searching for someone who brings enthusiasm, empathy, and a genuine love for early learning. Ideally, youll have: A Diploma in Childrens Services (or be actively working towards it). Experience working in an early learning setting (preferred). Solid understanding of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework. A current Blue Card , along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications. Completed relevant Child Protection Training course (as per Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law). Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset. A commitment to nurturing childrens growth socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. A willingness to support the Christian ethos of our service.
