Ideal for an experienced tech, leading hand or supervisor ready to step up or someone with established project management experience seeking a senior position. Phone provided or monthly allowance Flexible start times Ongoing training & development Supportive, family-feel culture Long-term stability in a growing business Immediate start available What Youll Be Doing Managing installation projects from planning to completion Coordinating technicians, subcontractors, labour & materials Conducting site inspections, scoping work & ensuring quality Liaising with clients, builders & facility managers Managing timelines, variations and onsite problem-solving Reviewing plans/drawings and ensuring compliance Preparing quotes, costings & project documentation What Were Looking For Strong HVAC/R installation experience Previous leadership, supervising, or job-running experience Confident coordinating multiple jobs and teams Excellent communicator with strong customer focus High attention to detail & quality Organised, proactive and solutions-oriented Licences & Qualifications Required: HVAC/R qualification or significant install/project experience White Card Drivers Licence Police Clearance (within 2 years) Highly regarded: ARCtick Restricted Electrical Licence Working at Heights / EWP VRF/VRV installation experience How to Apply Apply via SEEK with your resume and a short summary of your installation/project experience and leadership background.
