As we continue to deliver safe and exceptional service across Australia and beyond, were looking for Cabin Supervisors who are ready to lead by example, inspire their teams, and take the onboard experience to new heights. As a Cabin Supervisor on our QantasLink A220 aircraft, youll be the onboard leader, guiding a team of Cabin Crew to deliver an exceptional customer journey while upholding the highest standards in safety, compliance, and professionalism. This role demands a confident communicator and natural leader with a passion for people and precision. Youll work closely with Flight Crew and key stakeholders, coordinate inflight operations, and provide real-time feedback to drive performance and enhance the onboard environment. Role Responsibilities Leading a team of Cabin Crew to deliver a seamless and premium customer experienceCoordinating onboard duties and ensuring compliance with safety, operational procedures and performance standardsStrong communication skills to collaborate across departments including Flight crew and ground operationsAbility to drive on time performance and effectively communicate with stakeholders onboard.Fostering a positive, team-oriented culture onboardProviding operational feedback and insights to the broader leadership teamRepresenting QantasLink with professionalism and pride Minimum Requirements Experience as Cabin Crew is essentialPrevious experience supervising or leading operational teams is preferredExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsA commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service excellenceAbility to reach a minimum of 212cm (barefoot, both hands simultaneously)Maximum height of 186cmCurrent First Aid and CPR Certificate (or must be able to obtain)Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or must be able to obtain)Good overall health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water unassistedMinimum 18 years of age Why the Qantas Group?
