Were looking for a General Manager Impact to lead initiatives that transform lives and strengthen our community. About the Role This executive position is all about making a measurable difference. Youll design and embed an impact framework, lead new employment programs, and champion strategies that improve supported employee experience and create pathways for growth. Your focus will be on: Designing and implementing an Impact Framework to measure and report outcomes for supported employees and programs. Leading new employment initiatives such as School Leaver Employment Supports. Enhancing supported employee experience through improved onboarding, engagement, and development programs. Building strategic partnerships with industry, community organisations, and educational institutions to expand opportunities. Optimising NDIS funding strategies and contributing to new business models for financial sustainability. Driving continuous improvement through data analytics, stakeholder feedback, and best practice program delivery. Representing LVE externally to advocate for inclusion and showcase our impact to government, partners, and the community. What Were Looking For Proven experience in disability employment services or related sectors. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. Expertise in stakeholder engagement and partnership development. Knowledge of NDIS funding models and compliance. Excellent communication and impact reporting capabilities. Why Join LVE?
