The opportunity The Risk Partner Compliance Everyday Services role sits within the Group Risk Platform, a Line2 function for Woolworths Group. Woolworths Group has a decentralised risk and compliance model where risk compliance activities are led by each Business Unit, supported by Group Risk and Group Legal, and where relevant, supported by specialist Line1 Risk & Compliance teams. You will be joining an exciting stage at Woolworths, supporting the Everyday Services Business with risk and compliance. Everyday Services comprises Everyday Insurance, Everyday Mobile, Everyday Gifting, Everyday Pay, Everyday Shop, with more Services verticals on the horizon. Operating across these diverse areas means we exist within highly regulated financial and consumer landscapes. This demands not just robust adherence to all legal and regulatory frameworks, but a proactive commitment to elevating our operational maturity to safely and sustainably scale our highgrowth services business units. What Youll Do Partner with the dedicated Everyday Services Risk Partner in a ''Line2'' role to support the business unit''s execution of compliance and risk management processes. Influence appropriate risk management prioritisation to enable operations to meet strategic objectives, actively participating in the Strategic Planning process. Build and sustain a strong risk culture across the Group by working in consultation with all lines of defence. Advocate for good risk management by developing and facilitating training programmes, and advising leaders in conducting risk workshops. Utilise analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems, operating with an endtoend Groupwide lens. Support the Group Compliance model by assisting in the development of reporting packages (Exco/Board), partnering on BAU activities, and ensuring risks are escalated. Maintain relevant Group policies, frameworks, and tools, and help bring together key stakeholders to build capabilities in Line1 risk management. What Youll Bring Line2 risk and compliance experience and relevant tertiary education (e.g., legal, risk, audit, governance). Highly developed planning, prioritising, and execution skills. Demonstrated ability in problemsolving and solution design. Proven stakeholder influencing skills and strong commercial acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Selfmotivated and autonomous working style, balanced with being a strong team player. Customeroriented, endtoend thinking with a drive to champion and implement change. Agile and growth mindset; adaptable and able to respond to shifting priorities.
