Director of Finance Northeast Health Wangaratta Full Time, Ongoing Contract 80 hours per fortnight (inclusive of ADO accrual) Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, subacute, aged care and community services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance to oversee all finance and budgeting functions within our organisation. This critical leadership role is responsible for the preparation of key internal and external reports for the Finance Committee, senior management, and the Department of Health. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing quality improvement and system performance, while also collaborating with senior staff to shape and implement both shortterm and longterm strategic and business plans. A key focus of the role is to lead and inspire a professional finance team, ensuring the delivery of highquality financial management and support across the organisation. Our Region Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30,000 and our catchment serves a community of around 100,000 throughout the northeast. We are located 2.5 hours from Melbourne and less than an hour to Albury airport with direct flights to most major Australian cities.
