The Role Were seeking a Head Chef who can provide structure, energy, and clear leadership to a skilled, multicultural kitchen team. This is a handson role in a highoutput environment, covering breakfast, lunch, and early dinners, along with the added excitement of weddings and functions during the warmer months. Youll work closely with the owners to evolve menus, refine processes, and build a more stable, fulltime brigade ahead of the summer surge. With strong systems already in place, your focus will be on consistency, organisation, and nurturing the talent around you.
