The Opportunity Were looking for a Doctor who loves technology, is fascinated by AI, LLMs, and is excited to shape the future of AI-driven healthcare. This is a rare opportunity to combine your clinical background with product design in a hands on role helping shape how Medows AI tools work handinhand with doctors in realworld practice. As Medows AI Product Manager (Doctor), youll sit at the intersection of medicine and machine intelligence, refining how AI can deliver maximum impact to our customers. Responsibilities Define and deliver AI-driven clinical products: Own and execute product roadmaps for Medows AI documentation and workflow solutions. Collaborate directly with leadership: Work closely with our CEO and CTO, who lead product strategy, and our Chief Doctor in Residence, who grounds our AI in real-world clinical needs. Act as the clinical prompt engineer: Develop, test, and refine prompts for GPT, Claude, and other LLMs to improve the accuracy, tone, and reliability of outputs across specialties. Bridge clinicians and engineers: Partner with doctors, AI engineers to shape model behaviours, user experiences, and interaction patterns. Curate and evaluate datasets: Help design and assess datasets that maintain model performance, safety, and specialtyspecific nuance. Champion clinical insight: Translate user feedback and medical context into clear product priorities and design decisions. Shape the future of clinical AI: Influence how clinicians globally interact with intelligent tools in their daily workflows. Qualifications Registered Doctor (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of medical documentation, clinical letters, and EHR workflows (ideally across both inpatient and outpatient care). Curious, technical, and creative, you experiment with ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs and enjoy tinkering with prompts to get better results. Strong communicator and collaborator, able to communicate complex medical concepts for nonclinicians (engineers) in a simple and clear way. Analytical and detailoriented, able to translate complex feedback into structured, testable improvements. Thrive in Startupenvironment, iteration, and working in an earlystage, fastmoving environment is like nowhere else, but its not for everybody. Experience in product management, clinical informatics, or digital health is valuable but not essential, curiosity and initiative matter most.
