Role The Head of Boarding is a key member of the Executive Leadership team, responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all boarding operations and facilities. Reporting directly to the Principal, this role oversees the care, safety and wellbeing of students across two boarding houses and works collaboratively with staff across the school community to support each students individual needs. The role requires excellent management skills, strong communication, and a visible, accessible presence to foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive boarding environment.
