About the role We are on a search for a passionate and enthusiastic Fulltime Centre Manager with a strong background in Early Education to manage the daytoday Centre operations. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Centre management tasks, managing and leading to inspire a team of Educators, and ensuring they are working in accordance with the service philosophy, company policies, and procedures & the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide exceeding education and care for all families and children. You will be the first point of call with our families and the local community, to build a fantastic service for all families in the area & surrounding suburbs. Strong understanding of industry legislation, compliance, and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong and confident in an understanding of business management. Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment. Strong understanding of the importance of family communications. Leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent people and centre management skills. Passionate about implementing Early Learning Programs. Commitment to our Oxanda Rituals. At least 3 years + experience in a Centre Manager role. Ability to inspire your Team to achieve an exceeding service. Diploma in ECEC or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA). Current Working with Childrens Check. Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis or be willing to obtain these. Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training or be willing to obtain these. Ability to make business decisions and work with assigned budgets. A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently. Must be available to travel to Victoria for a Centre Manager workshop with a longside our current Centre managers and Operations Team dates will be given to candidate during the interview process.
