The Role We are looking for someone who has truly lived and breathed business casing from leading and delivering value to understanding it from both a business strategy and technology strategy perspective. The successful candidate will take a business case and use it as a foundation to drive action, connecting strategy to initiatives and ensuring alignment across vision, mission, values and execution. What You Will Do Meeting with client stakeholders to understand and define financial models that support a compelling business case. Conducting strategic and financial analyses and incorporating them into a compelling and substantiated narrative that influences executive decisions to take action. Identifying, communicating and modelling benefits and business value for an executive audience. Leading or contributing to platform and product evaluations, RFPs, M&A recommendations, business case design, strategy formulation, roadmap development and technology landscape assessments. Leading or contributing through all phases of the customer development lifecycle, including stakeholder relationship management, presales, project alignment and engagement delivery. Designing and implementing technology operating models that support digital transformation, cloud adoption, DevOps enablement and AI enablement. What Youll Bring To Slalom Experience working across multiple businesses, business and technology domains, and industries. Broad understanding of key and emerging technologies, including how they interact and the value they offer. Clear understanding of the technology landscape and architecture as it pertains to business systems, from customerfacing applications to legacy systems. Ability to develop and implement effective technology strategies aligned with business objectives. Experience with various architectures, technical solutions, delivery and operating models and their organizational impacts, including alignment of business goals, guiding principles, governance, vendor relationships and funding approaches. Ability to establish credibility with customers and partners from initial meetings onward.
