As Pricing Director Cleaning Services for The Group (including BIC Consolidated, phs and EGroup), you will provide strategic leadership across pricing, estimating and tender submissions for new business and retenders across Australia. Partnering closely with Business Development, Operations and Finance, you will lead the development of commercially sound, competitive and delivery-ready proposals that reflect our operational capability across the Groups portfolio nationwide. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead end-to-end pricing for cleaning tenders, estimates, quotations and retenders Analyse tender documents and accurately scope cleaning service requirements and delivery models Develop robust cost models (labour, supervision, equipment, consumables, periodic work and mobilisation) that are practical to deliver Ensure pricing aligns with Awards/EBAs where applicable, site conditions, productivity assumptions and compliance requirements Review commercial terms, risks and assumptions and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders Maintain and enhance pricing tools, data models and cost templates to improve consistency and governance Ensure proposals align with quality, safety and environmental standards Provide thorough handover packs to Operations to ensure mobilisation readiness for successful bids Maintain strong awareness of industry standards, market movements, regulations and emerging methods/technology in cleaning services Drive continuous improvement across tendering, estimating and pricing processes About You Wed love to hear from you if you can confidently demonstrate: Senior experience leading pricing/estimating and bid submissions within cleaning services (or FM soft services with strong cleaning exposure) Strong understanding of cleaning delivery models, labour drivers, productivity, supervision structures, consumables/equipment and mobilisation requirements Proven capability in commercial governance: margin discipline, risk review, assumptions, approvals and bid sign-off A solutions-focused approach to scoping, costing, pricing and proposal development Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and present pricing recommendations clearly and confidently Experience developing scalable pricing tools and tailored cost models for diverse cleaning contracts across commercial, retail, government, industrial and resources environments Requirements Full Australian working rights Previous experience in pricing/estimating/tendering within cleaning services (senior/lead level) Degree in Building or equivalent qualification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits & Culture Supportive, inclusive and collaborative team culture Professional working environment with opportunities for growth Access to ongoing training and development programs Career progression pathways across a large national organisation Stable, long-term employment with a well-established industry leader Please apply with your up-to-date resume.
