MidTier client Associate and junior Senior Associate level lawyer to work across a range of insolvency and restructuring matters with growth prospects. Restructuring client, international client Senior Associate level role with three topranked Partners; advise corporate debtors, creditors, and investors on distressed situations, including debt restructurings, formal insolvencies, corporate turnarounds, distressed investments, security enforcement, special situations lending, and debt trading. MidTier client Associate to junior Senior Associate level lawyer to work on general litigation and insolvency matters, including Automotive and Franchising industries, commercial agreements, property and leasing disputes, Corporations Law applications, restrictive trade practices, injunctions, administrations, receiverships and liquidations. Boutique client Insolvency and litigation lawyer; core area insolvency with experience with liquidators, trustees, statutory demands, and windup applications. TopTier Insolvency & Restructuring role Sydney Restructuring role with international UK/US firm clients; relocation possible for highlevel experience.
