As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This is a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Technical Director to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.Our ground engineering team is a mix of geotechnical and geological specialists who collaboratively plan and execute ground investigations, slope stability assessments, nearshore and marine geotechnics, assessment of tunnels and retaining structures, Tailing Storage Facilities, ground improvement and other specialised services.ResponsibilitiesTaking a strategic approach to technical delivery, focusing on scaling the engineering capability, creating a bestinclass delivery function to support the rapidly growing user base across the organisationDeveloping and maintaining positive working relationships with all colleagues and clientsInputting into the development and review of systems, tools, and procedures to ensure engineering projects comply with statutory and regulatory requirementsHere''s what you''ll needTertiary qualification in Engineering (Geotechnical)20+ years practical experienceHigh level of experience and ability in use of applicable engineering design systems and softwareWhy Join Us?At Agilitus, we encompass an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative, supportive culture.
